DempseyGill is a commercial construction firm based in Spring, Texas. We are not a national company with a local office. We are the people who answer the phone, walk the site, and put our name on the contract.
Only about one-fifth of the job is the building itself. The business plan, budget, permitting strategy, and other critical decisions come first. That is where projects are often won or lost.
We take responsibility for the entire process, so the owner is never left managing the gaps between an architect and a contractor who answer to separate contracts.
Our leadership team brings decades of experience on Houston-area job sites and one clear commitment: the building you approve is the building we deliver.
How we work
The relationship outlasts the building.
Most of our work comes from owners we have already built for. Mustang CAT has brought us back facility after facility. That kind of repeat work is not won with a proposal. It is earned on the last job.
Getting there means telling you things you may not want to hear. Before we draw anything, we look at whether the project makes sense for your business. Sometimes it does not. We have told owners to sell the land rather than build on it. That costs us a job and earns the next three.
We also do not disappear at the ribbon cutting. We call before the 11-month warranty window closes and walk the building while there is still time to address what is covered. First-year maintenance is included. The people who priced your job are the same people who answer the phone two years later.
